a few recipes to some of my favorite meals!

protein pancakes:

• 1/2 banana
• 1 scoop protein powder (i use chocolate designer whey)
• 1/4 cup egg whites
• coconut oil
• agave nectar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1. mash the banana with a fork then add protein powder, vanilla & egg whites.
2. stir together until the batter is somewhat smooth.
3. heat some coconut oil in a pan & add batter as if you were making a pancake (i make 1 at a time)
4. keep on the stove until it’s cooked. flip a couple times.
5. use agave nectar as you would your syrup.

 
protein shake: (i often drink this for dinner)

• crushed ice
• chocolate protein powder
• 1-2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• 1/2 banana
• 1 1/2 tbsp PB2 powder

combine all of the ingredients in a blender & blend!
