      HI Candace!!

I read your comment and I just wanted to reply.

I myself just recently lost 45 pounds! It was a struggle but I got there! What I did was go to the gym 3x a week. Worked on cardio and lifted. I really seen my weight fall when I would run on the treadmill for an hour, crazy I know. But all the hard effort and sweat was worth it! Also I watched my calorie intake! I drank a lot of Herbalife shakes. They are delicious! And I also used the Special K products and always a normal meal for supper If i worked out! I know you asked Amanda, but I thought I’d share what worked for me since I’ve lost 45 pounds. Good luck to you on your journey. Keep faith (:

Mia look up banana peels and supermans from P90X, those are awesome ab moves and can feel them all they way down my abs. Also if you can get someone to help you medicine ball situps are fab and they work as well as leg raises while someone throws your legs down and you raise them up OUCH!!
